PROCESS VISCOMETER FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
The process viscometers of the system PV100 (rotational principle) are especially suited for the highly sensitive control and regulation of high-viscosity and medium-viscosity media. The process viscometers of the system KV100 are designed for the control and regulation of medium-viscosity and low-viscosity media.
VARIATIONS OF THE PV100 SYSTEM
(ROTATIONAL VISCOMETER)
-Immersion probe and flow probe with magnet coupling, resistant to pressure (6.4 MPa), especially suited for inertising and sterilising
-Immersion probe, without pressure or resistant to pressure (0.6 MPa), gas countercurrent protects mechanical transfer system, connections for rinsing liquid if danger of crystallising
and adhesive media
-Immersion probes for containers, standard lengths 150,250, 1000, 1500 mm (dependent on pressure stage), special lengths possible
-Flow probes in main and secondary flow, for installation in pipe lines
-Tempering chamber for the flow probe
-Treatment of bearings for abrasive materials

(CAPILLARY VISCOMETER)
-Measuring of the pressure loss occurring along a measuring capillary, resistant to pressure till 0.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa
-Immersion probe for closed and open containers with suction pipe into the section of the representative process stream
-Flow probes in main and secondary flow, for installation in pipe lines
-Tempering chamber for the flow probe
